Paul Sieffert (1874-1957) was a painter of nudes, portraits and Illustrator, born in Paris on November 11, 1874 (French school).

A student of Jean-Léon Gérôme, Gabriel Guay and Albert Maignan. He exhibited at the Salon since 1894. Won the first Grand Prize of Rome in 1902, the Diplôme d'honneur at the Exposition of 1937. It was exhibition Secretary to the French artists and a member of the Committee and the Board. Knight of the Legion of honor in 1931. Member of the Committee of the free society of French artists. He exhibited also in the winter Salon of 1910 to 1944.
He also became known by its stained glass, decorative compositions and illustrations of works of luxury and collections of poetry dont a les flancs de le vase, suivi de polypheme et de poemes inacheves (1902) to the sides of the vase, followed by Polyphemus and poems unfinished (1902) of Albert Samain.
